The final exams will start all most after two weeks, I’m little
bit scared and nervous because it’s my first time I will take final exam in
university, all the girls are talking about the exams schedule that it has been posted on Facebook, I tried to
find it but I didn’t find it, I hope that I will not have two exams in the same
day because it’s difficult to focus in each of them and have high marks. I'm tired from going to the university each day, I wish the days pass quickly and
have high marks in all subjects.

My Cousins Widding
Last Thursday, It was my aunt's daughter wedding, she married my aunt's son which mean it was relatives wedding but Both of them are very young, she is 17 years old and he is 20 years old, I think it's hard to get marry in this age and they need to be little bit older maybe after 3 years or 4. In my country, for them it's ok to get marry in this age because many girls don't continue their high school or collage, so what can I say, I just wish them happiness. I wished to go to the wedding but I didn't go because the wedding was in Iraq, we call them and they tell us how the wedding was and how me cousin looked, they were so happy.

Best Week Ever !
Last week, was a nice week for me because I had three class were canceled :P
On Monday I had IT class and Islamic Culture class, the IT class was canceled, so I did't went to the university this day because if I went only for the Islamic Culture class all my day will finished at university.
On Thursday also I didn't went to the university because I had Writing Skill class, Speaking Skill class and Arabic Language class. The Writing Skill class and the Speaking Skill class were canceled, so it was no worthless to go to the university to attend one hour in Arabic Language class. I would rather to be absent and sleep for a long time, than going to university for one hour and all my day finish there.

The Big Wedding
Last week, I went to a wedding with my mother and my sister. The wedding was at Dubai World Trade Center, it was a huge wedding and also fabulous. The bride is daughter of Sheikh from Al Qassmi, so it's for sure the wedding must be big and awesome . The hall was very big and there was a lot of policewoman, so no one can take a picture for the bride and spread it. The decoration of the hall was so beautiful and elegant, when the bride entered the hall they but a poem talking about her beauty then a song started in the background also special for her which is sang by Rashed Al Majed, it was a very nice. If my future husband don't make for me a big wedding like this wedding maybe I well stay with my parents for a looooong time hhhhhhh I'm joking

Writing Skill Midterm Exam
Tomorrow I have Writing Skill midterm exam at 8:00 am, I’m
little bit nervous because I don’t know how the exam will be, either it’s easy
or hard. I hope it will be very easy and I will find no difficultly with
spelling and grammar. I think I will chose to write opinion paragraph because
my mark was better in it than the narrative story, but that depends on the questions.
If I find the opinion paragraph have a lot of reasons to write about I will
chose it, but if there isn’t a lot of reasons I will chose the narrative story.

Dubai Mall
Yesterday, I was at Dubai Mall with my family, we went there
from 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm.Yesterday my father decided to take us to Dubai Mall and eat
lunch outside; when we arrived to Dubai Mall we went to Burj Alhamam restaurant,
they are knows by the Lebanese food, their food is very delicious and I love it
very much, It’s my favorite restaurant. We order different kinds of food and it
was amazing food, when we finished we went to see the shops, we enter a nice
shop and it have I beautiful things, so I bought I a short dress and a handbag.
Then we went to kidzania so my brothers have some fun, we stay there all most
for three hour then we went to Friday's restaurant to eat dinner, we finished at
11:00 pm. Finally we went back home, it was a beautiful day.
Global Day
Before two days, I was at UOS and I attend the Global Day
event with my friend. It was an amazing event a lot of people were there, and
all most from whole the world. There
were people from Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Mauritania, India, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi
Arabia, Emirate, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Oman, Korea and moreover. Each country was showing their
famous food, clothes and their famous dance. The event started from 5:00 pm, I was
there from 5:00 to 8:00 pm because my mother call me and she tell me that I have
to come back home before 8:00, but I was late, I was thinking my mother will
shouted on me but I was wrong she didn’t shouted but she was a little afraid on
me.
It was a wonderful event and many students came from AUS and
all of them were saying that UOs Global Day was better than AUS Global Day, I
was proud with my university because it was better :P

My Best Friend
My best friend is Wedad, I knew her from 4 years, she is
very kind and loving friend, she knew all my secret and I knew all her secret,
she is there when I need her and I here when she need me, she talk with me even
she was happy or sad which mean she share with me everything she think about.
She is here with me in UOS and I’m happy to be with her here because I don’t
know anyone here only Wedad. Her mother and ants know me and know my mother,
there is a friendly relationship between our parents and it’s a good thing. I
hope our friendship last forever and never end whatever happens.
Faeza !
Faeza… its a strange name and it’s my sister name, my father named
her after my uncle wife because my father in the past years his relationship with my
uncle wife was good, I think my father gloom my sister. My sister now is 18
years old and she hate her name and complains a lot from it because it’s an old
and strange name and she hate my uncle wife because she had this name after her.
Between me and my sister just one year, when we first came
here to UAE we register at school together, so we were in the same class from
grade one to twelve, we were like twins we did everything together, set in the
same chair, do the same hair style, wear similar clothes, sit next to each
other in bus and we have the same friends because we were hanging out together also.
But when we finished the school each one of us went to collage she dreamed of,
so were separated. My sister went to Emirates Aviation College which she is studying
Aeronautical Engineering and I’m here in University of Sharjah studying pharmacy
:P , sometimes I’m think about changing my major and go to my sister collage
because I used to be with my sister all the time but I can’t do this because I have to
use doing things without her.
My Mother ..
My mother... She is the most important person in my life. She is my best friend, everything happened with
me she must know it, I tell her every detail about my day, where I go, whom I met,
what I did and ect. She listens to me when
I need her and advice me when I make a mistake.
There is no barriers between us, she talk to me freely and teach me everything
without shame. I’m proud of my mother, she is priceless and I can’t ever find
someone like her. I ask God to give me the ability to happiness and satisfy
her, she is my heaven. J

Sweet Dreams
It is 2:27 AM; I can’t sleep because I’m thinking about what
I did today and what I have to do tomorrow and after tomorrow, I have a lot of
things that I must do it before 19/3/2013, I don’t know how can I have the time
to do all of these things. And the other problem I must write 3 journals each week,
now I should had wrote 12 journals but I didn’t I wrote only 6 and with this
one it will be 7 L. I
don’t have many ideas to write about it, I hope I can write all the journals which
I pass them in these few days. Now I will go to the bed and try to sleep, so
good night everyone and sweet dreams !
Surprising my mother !
Before two days, I bought a gift for my mother for the
mother’s day and I hide it from her because
I wanted to surprise her but my sister knew that I bought a gift, so she tell
me that she can’t close her mouth and she will tell my mother ! I was angry
from her but what can I do?! So I decided to bring some flowers and surprise my
mother before my sister spoils everything, I went to flower shop beside our
house and bring a nice flowers to my mother. When I arrived to the house my
brother open the door for me and we immediately hide the flowers, so we wait for the
right moment to surprise her. I bring I card and wrote in it that the gift and
the flowers are from me and my sister and my brothers. When my mother entered
the kitchen we came from behind her and surprised her, she was shocked! We hug
her and we laughed a lot on her reaction. After a few
minutes she started crying because she remembers her mother. I thank god for
having a loving mother like my mother.

My Grandmother visit
Today, I’m going to talk about my grandmother which I love
her so much. Before 3 months she came to us from Iraq and we were so happy especially
my mother because it’s the first time someone came to our home from her
family, we were so excited and we prepared everything for my grandmother so she
be comfortable in her visit, when she arrived to the airport we took her to our
home and we didn’t stop talking about all new news of our relatives. Over the
days we took her everywhere and took a lot of picture for memories, so we can see
them after many years. We didn’t felt about the time and the days, the days
passed quickly and the 3 months are over, and my grandmother had to go back to
Iraq. It was a bad news for us because we used to sit and talk with her, before
one week she went back to Iraq but I didn’t went with my parent’s to the
airport because I had to attend classes and I can’t absent, so I say goodbye for
her and wish her a safe journey while I’m saying that she began crying and I felt
sad. After that I went to the university and every moment I call my mother to
ask her what happen and where they are now?! , after two hour I call back my
mother and she told me that my grandmother plane took off. When I finished my
classes and went back home I felt the house is empty without my grandmother and
I started crying because I miss her!

An Amazing Birthday Party !
On Thursday I received phone call from my friend, she invite
me and my sister to her sister birthday party which her sister is also our
friend but younger than us, so she told me they want to make for her a surprised
party and we must be there tomorrow “Friday” around 5:00 pm to get ready.
So Friday morning, I started getting ready, I take a shower,
I styled my hair, chose nice clothes and
wear them and the last step was to put a natural make up and I did ! When I had
finished and my sister also my father took us to our friends’ house.
When we arrived, our friend had hosted us warmly and we started
chatting and catching up the new news, then after one hour when all of the
friends gathered we went out said the house, which there is a big area surrounding
the house. There were a many tables decorated like a hotels restaurant, and
many kind of food, and there was a DJ, cameraman,
belly dancer, men plays with fire and a magician. The cake was made from
chocolate and very tall it was about 5 meters.
The party started when the DJ started putting music and
all of us wanted to dance but we couldn’t because there were men and we decided
to wait until the shows of magician and belly dancer finish we well tell them
to go out.
First show was for the men how plays with fire, it was
very scary show they were playing with sticks on fire and blows fire from their
mouth, many times the stick filled down from their hands and I was thinking it
may fill on us ! So I went to the back because
I was afraid.
Then when they finish the magician start his show, he is
from England, and started his show with telling us a story for a table he bring
it with him from England, he put the table in front of us and the table began
flying in the air without any help from him, it was unbelievable trick I was
looking to know the secret but I couldn’t! He continues his show with many stunning tricks. O_o
Finally the last show was to
the belly dancer, her dance was mix from Meddle East “China” and West,
Her dance was amazing and beautiful
but she didn’t dance for a long time only few minutes. When she had finished we
gathered around the table where the cake was and stated singing to our friend “HABBY
BIRTH DAY TO YOU”. She cut the cake and we ate from it, it was very delicious.
When we finished eating we
tell the men to go out, so when the men go out we take of our hejab and began dancing
together, we played with the DJ tools and acting like we are the DJ. Then we
turn off the music and bring big drums and started beating the drums. We didn’t
felt about the time it was 12:30 am so we must went back home, we came back home
exhausted and tired, but it was a fabulous day and unforgettable !

Barbecue !
Hi again..!
Today I decided to write about a barbecue I had it with some of my friends on Sunday.
One of my friends wanted to do a barbecue in her house, so they pitched a big tent beside her house, and put different kind of food and candy, and we bring big speakers to put some music.
At 5:00 pm the girls started come over, when all of us were there we turned on the music and started dancing and singing, in the same time the maid prepare barbecue meat and chicken, then after a while when it was cooked we ate it, and it was very delicious.
After some hours we were exhausted from dancing, we finished at 9:00 pm and we went back to home.
I had a lot of fun with them it was a nice day and unforgettable, I hope we will do it again.

What happened with me today !
I'm back :P
Today I had three lectures from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, the first lecture was writing skill with Ms.Rasha
and we started doing exercises in narrative which I thought it would not be an interesting very much, because I'm not good in imagination and writing a stories but it was OK NOT BAD AT All and I think it is so easy to writing a narrative comparing with writing an essay.
So after writing skill, I had Arabic language with Ms. Mariam and I was feeling that I will fall in sleep in any moment but for my luck the lecture finish, without falling in sleep, it was a nice lecture.
Then after 2 hours of break, I had Speaking Skill with Ms.Rasha again ! :D
and it was a dramatical class today, because we had to do a presentation about some one famous and known by something.
So I decided to talk about Marie Antoinette and I was ready to do it !
But unfortunately I became nervous and my heart beats quickly, I started talking in a fast way and forgot some information about my presentation.
I didn't know how I was, but I hope I was good enough and have a high mark. :)

First of all, I'm going to introduce myself to whom don't know me, my name is Mona I'm from Iraq, I was born on 17th of February 1994.
I came to UAE in 1999 so I have been here all most 14 years. I have one sister younger than me in one year and two brothers "Bader he is 10 years old and Hamza 8 years old ".
I'm studying Pharmacy in UOS.
I start this blog because my teacher ask us to do one and start writing what ever we want and think about in order to improve our writing skill, so I don't have any think in my mind right now to write it except some information about me.
